You can send letters through the site in multiple different ways, which makes it far easier and more efficient to send letters out to get leads and market your buesiness.

Fantastic Software and Brilliant for Canvassing Business
We have used Letsbid for the last 12 months and the service and software has been fantastic. We have secured over £15,000 worth of new business by using Letsbid, and have recently started using the Lettings side of Letsbid. The software is great for valuation reports, informtion on individual properties, but is one of the best softwares for marketing within the estate agency sector, especially the fact it is one of the few systems that generates house numbers for the full address, and not having to go on google street view to check for house numbers on dustbins :) Our account manager Rosie is brilliant too, always available to help where possible.

Signed up with Lets Bid Property a couple of months ago to support our efforts for new investment opportunities.
The platform is really great in targetting new incoming properties. Properties can be searched in multiple ways including by on-market properties acording to a specific time period in the market, probate opportunities and targeting by postcodes. Easy to use outreach tools including targeted campaigns and printing outreach letters.

However as always with any technology service platform the real superpower is the people behind the service and excellent client service. My account manager is Rosie and she has been awesome in getting me up to speed quickly with the platform and showed me multiple ways I could use the service to support my business objectives. I love using LetsBid ! The reports they do are amazing and so detailed I love taking them to valuations with me and sitting down to go through them with vendors. I have actually won instructions on the back of the reports. Vendors have also said it comes across like I have spent hours doing research on the area and property when really the report only takes around 5 mins to put together. I've used Lead Generation/Direct Mail tools before and consistently since starting my business. Communication, Speed, Problem Solving - Rosie
We use the valuation reports that Let's Bid offer a lot, they are received very well by clients and make our valuations look professional. I had a slight issue with one of the reports I generated right at the end of a work day around 5pm. I spoke to Rosie and explained the issue, she got onto the tech team and by 9:30am the next day the issue was fixed and I was able to send my report out on time. As always Rosie's communication and speed is second to none.
